| About us | For the last 50 years, CLC has been a steady and effective presence in our community using interdisciplinary approaches to improve the capacity of underserved, at-risk populations. CLC is a dynamic and innovative agency providing services to individuals, families and neighborhoods across Central Ohio. With a focus on excellence, coordinated care and relationship-based case management, CLC offers a spectrum of services from pre-K – Adults and seeks to engage, empower, educate and elevate those we serve. |
