| About us | CND is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping kids and their families build a bridge to a brighter tomorrow. Our innovative prevention and leadership programs empower youth to be the force for change in themselves, their families, their schools and their communities – – now and in the future. In 2014 CND added outpatient treatment to provide a safe haven where adults can find the support they need to make healthy choices that will strengthen their connections to a better life. |
