Counselor in Training (CIT)
| Description | Counselors in Training (CITs) assist and support cabin leaders with leadership and guidance of campers. They live in a cabin with cabin leader and approximately 10 campers, and focus on camper safety and well-being, participation in all activities, camper personal growth, self-confidence and independence through group living. A CIT will participate in personal leadership development activities, and must actively engage in camp activities including games, skits, activities and campfires. |
