Community- we will support a team approach to care by collaborating and forming partnerships between the individual, their family, support team and service providers. Competence- we will offer our area of expertise without misrepresenting our skills or experience to get ahead. Efficiency- we will use our resources diligently and maintain transparency in what we do. Integrity- we will behave honestly, responsibly and ethically. Leadership-we will inspire and motivate others to change their approach to care. |
