Docent
| Description | Being a Docent means building the foundation for a rewarding museum experience for each visitor as well as having the opportunity to grow and learn. Though at times a Docent is part teacher and part entertainer, teaching credentials and public speaking experience are not required. If you have the interest, enthusiasm and time, the FIA's Education Department will make sure you receive the training you need. Docents are expected to contribute an average of eight hours per month. This includes participation in training sessions as well as conducting tours. |
