Dog Enrichment Building & Laundry
| Description | There will be 2 shifts for this opportunity. 9AM-11AM is the cleaning and prep shift so this shift would involve cleaning Kongs, doing laundry, and if there is time then stuffing Kongs. 12PM-2PM is the building shift so this involves stuffing Kongs and making other enrichment toys for dogs. Although this is not the most glamorous activity, this helps the dogs here at the shelter significantly! We provide each animal here at the shelter an enrichment toy everyday to help keep them sane. :) This is a great activity for someone who is looking to help make a difference for animals but also wants to remain safe during the Covid-19 Pandemic since the maximum number of people to sign up is 2 people. You can always recruit a friend to keep you company! |
