Food Insecurity
| Description | As part of our effort to provide comprehensive care, we also do what we can to address social needs that impact health. Through our free food market program, we provide families with fresh fruits and vegetables. With the help of volunteers, we are able to sort and package over 10,000 pounds of food to provide a COVID-19-safe hand-off to patients and community members in need. |
