The Friends of the Public Library exist to support the Library and promote literacy in the Tri-State.

Warehouse

Sort, price & shelve books and other materials, also send out membership mailings.

How you help
About us

We have two retail locations with one mission. We have been serving our community for 60 years with our focus on education and literacy. Our Used Book Store at the Warehouse is the center of Friends’ activity and planning. Donated books are sorted and shelved by an army of volunteers who keep our daily operations running smoothly. The Library Friends’ Shop is located downtown in the Main Library. It is home to a lovely assortment of greeting cards, gifts, and books.
