| Description | Volunteers will be working with an Arboretum Gardener to assist with maintenance of the planted sections of the Garden. Work may include hand watering, weeding, deadheading, pruning, and planting. Seasonal projects may also include soil building and application of amendments and mulches. Volunteers will be asked to work with hand tools. Volunteers may be doing frequent squatting, bending, and some lifting (15+). |
