About us | Hospice is a patient-centered, family-focused approach to end of life care. Annually, Hospice of Cincinnati (HOC) serves over 6,000 patients and their caregivers. As the largest non-profit hospice in our region, we have provided experienced and compassionate care since 1977. Hospice care is provided in a patient’s home, the place they call home, or one of four Inpatient Care Centers in Cincinnati and Hamilton. |
