| About us | We recruit teams of volunteer mentors who are professionally trained and guided to assist vulnerable families, ending their cycle of homelessness and poverty. We have worked with more than 100 families and 500 volunteer mentors, collaborating with hundreds of community-based partners. Our innovative Family Empowerment & Mentorship model utilizes intensive family case management and supercharges it with mentorship and access to private and public resources. |
