In-Shelter Volunteers (16+)
| Description | Spend your time with the animals, ensuring they’re getting the care they deserve by walking dogs, cuddling cats, preparing food, and keeping the shelter organized and clean! Our in-shelter volunteers also provide excellent customer service to all shelter visitors and help animals find their new families! Volunteers begin their volunteer service with cleaning and enrichment tasks, and are then trained to work hands on with the animal. In-shelter volunteers are asked to commit to a minimum of 4 hours a month for a 6 month time period. Volunteers are encouraged to commit to a regular, recurring schedule. |
