| About us | Lettuce Live Well is a 501 c3 non-profit dedicated to helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. We are hands on, and give one-on-one support to all people looking to improve their health. We focus on the basics of nutrition by helping you learn how to introduce healthy foods into your diet, learn where your food comes from, provide ongoing nutritional support, and more. We live and breathe food and want to spread healthy habits with the world. |
