Needs |
AdministrativeVolunteers provide clerical and/or administrative support to the Executive Team.Fundraising activitiesServe on a committee to plan fundraising events for the purpose of generating revenue for the non-profit.Social Media/Marketing/CommunicationPromote the marketing campaigns for special networking events, and provide assistance to update and/or maintain the non-profit’s Social Media Plan including its website.ProgramAssist executive staff in developing training courses and communicate information regarding educational programs to foster care youth: and provide administrative support.Event PlanningVolunteers provide assistance to the Executive Team at planning events, such as fundraisers, social events, partnership meetings, etc.Student Education/TrainingConduct LIFT training workshops to Mentees and revise, develop training curriculum for young adults participating in our programs.Deliveries/Pick-upProvide support to LIFT through transporting products, services, and other materials on behalf of the executive team. |

Lift Career Resource Center was created to assist young people aging out of foster care by providing them with the skills necessary to live productive and fulfilling lives. Lift Career Resource Center’s vision is to make a meaningful contribution through mentorship, by providing life skills, job skills, and community resources to young adults aging out of the foster care system. |
