| About us | Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd is a welcoming faith community serving in downtown Reno, Nevada since 1947. We are a congregation of the Sierra Pacific Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and a Reconciling in Christ Congregation. Good Shepherd is a multi-generational Christian church where we practice God’s grace and Christ’s love, reach out to people in need, form faith in people of all ages, and make an effort to welcome all.
