Camp VolunteerBetween camp directors, counselors, youth mentors, instructors and other volunteers it takes over 100 people supporting our campers to provide a safe and rewarding experience for our campers. We have a variety of opportunities for individuals to help. |

| About us | Founded in 2011, The Maison T Ortiz Youth Outdoor Skills Camp is a two-and-a-half-day event near Pyramid Lake designed to immerse youths in outdoor skills training and a fun overnight camping experience. The camp is limited to 11-14 year old girls and boys. Our primary recruiting focus is youths who may not have opportunities to experience Nevada’s outdoors, but we also have a camper classification called “Youth Ambassador,” which allows a limited number of campers who have previous experience to bring a friend with little or no experience. |
