Bridging the Gap VolunteersWe are seeking volunteers who are interested in early childhood development, pediatric therapy or just want to volunteer their time to work with preschool-aged children with varying developmental delays during our summer Bridging the Gap program. Volunteers would be working alongside Occupational and Speech Therapists in a small group of children.General VolunteerUse your talents to benefit the participants of New Perceptions. | About us | Children up to age 3 are offered physical, occupational, and speech therapy to assist them in preparation for school. Three programs are offered for adults including The Work Center which offers participants assembly and packaging work, Supported Employment which offers support and skill development needed to succeed in community workplaces, and The Learning Center which offers classroom-style learning, art programming, and adult day services. |
