| Our mission | Our Mission is to actively reflect God’s love by promoting wellness, alleviating isolation, and preventing premature institutionalization for the homebound frail elderly living in northeast San Antonio. We provide services that help seniors live independently in their own homes, around their familiar settings and environment, which is where they want to be, and give them peace of mind. |

| About us | Through the use of volunteers, NESA provides transportation to medical appointments, personal grocery shopping, telephone reassurance, and handy helper services for elderly individuals still living in their own homes or apartments and no longer drive. Clients must be 60+ and live in northeast San Antonio. |
