| About us | People Places is a nonprofit, foster care agency serving our local communities for over 45 years. We provide foster care, adoption, and community-based services (mostly youth and family mentoring) with the goal of fulfilling our mission to foster resilience in children and families so they can thrive. With offices in Charlottesville, Staunton, and Harrisonburg we serve the counties of Albemarle, Augusta, Bath, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Highland, Louisa, Madison, Nelson, Orange, Page, Rockbridge, Rockingham, Shenandoah, and Spotsylvania and the cities and towns within. |
