As a volunteer you will gain knowledge of systems based advocacy, law enforcement operations, criminal and civil justice systems. Our volunteers provide invaluable support, resources, information, and guidance to victims of crime and their children. |

About us | The Reno Police Department was created in 1903, and has a sworn staff of almost 300 Officers and close to 75 Professional Staff serving over 235,000 residents. Reno is the largest city in Northern Nevada and is located in Washoe County. Reno PD is a diverse group of individuals dedicated to serving our community. From the police officer on patrol to our Dispatchers and Records Specialists, we’re all here to provide nothing less than exceptional service. |
