| Description | Every team needs a leader but they also benefit from technical mentors such as engineers, programmers, and challenge-specific professionals. Non-technical mentors can help organize food, team attire, and travel. Visit our Run a Team page to find out how to start a team or contact the FIRST Robotics Competition Michigan Director to mentor an existing team. Training sessions, workshops, and a supportive FIRST community are available to help get new coaches/mentors up to speed. The scope of the roles is at the discretion of the coaches. |
