How you help |
---|
About us | Safe Harbor is a 24/7 residential and faith-based program that empowers women toward healing and equips them with life skills for quality living. Safe Harbor House was started as the first initiative of SiFi Ministry, Inc. Joy Fagan had been teaching women’s ministry classes at a local Christian university for 15 years when she volunteered to become a chaplain at the Clark County Jail. Hearing the stories of women whose lives had been shattered by various traumatic events, as well as by drug and alcohol abuse, she was moved to begin a home where these women could experience healing and be equipped to become contributing members of their community. |
