| About us | The San Antonio AIDS Foundation provides a continuum of care to low-income HIV-positive men, women and transgender individuals. Our services include resource and benefits assistance, case management, mental health counseling, medical care, pharmacy services, housing, and a year-round hot meal program. We offer onsite and mobile testing for HIV and STDs, as well as HIV prevention education presentations in local public schools, at colleges and universities, adult probation facilities and teen detention programs. |
