South End Community Health Center

The South End Community Health Center is a board governed non-profit, comprehensive health care organization for all residents of the South End and the surrounding communities. We are committed to providing the highest quality, culturally and linguistically sensitive, coordinated health care and social services to every patient, regardless of their ability to pay.

SECHC’s high quality services and programs include primary care and prenatal medicine, behavioral health, dental and eye care. SECHC’s Quality Improvement program has been recommended as a national model by HRSA. Our specialty care services include addiction medicine/office based addiction treatment, civil surgeon/immigration physicals, diabetes management, family planning, HIV/AIDS and HCV testing and care, midwifery, neurology, nutrition, OB/GYN, pediatric asthma/pulmonology, pediatric dermatology, and sexual health/STIs.
