UpDayton seeks to attract and retain talent to the region by inspiring & empowering individuals to create a community they want to call home. We are a group of cause champions, creative dreamers and talented doers in the community.

Our members are of all ages, and are focused on attracting and keeping those under 40 in the Region. We are passionate about building a better Dayton. We are the UpDayton young creatives initiative. We are scientists, lawyers, educators and activists. Our diversity reflects the diversity of the Dayton region. Our region has a tremendous history. Our poetry has shattered racial barriers, we have broken codes to help end a great war and we’ve taught the world to fly. We are proud of our past, but we are not immobilized by its passage. The legacy of innovation and creativity in Dayton makes us excited about our future. We are ready for what’s next.
