How you help |

About us | The Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland started Urban Community School in 1968 and wanted their school to be diverse, to reflect the neighborhood, to be affordable for families living in economic distress, and to give students individualized instruction. Rooted in the Ursuline Sisters’ tradition of faith, character, and educational excellence, UCS engages our faculty, families, and community partners in the successful whole child development of our students. Every family pays something in tuition to show a commitment to their child’s education, but no child is denied admittance based on their ability to pay. The children UCS serves have significant barriers in their path to success that their suburban counterparts do not face. |
