Needs |
Volunteer Office AssistantHelp different medical or administrative offices in the medical center. Duties include filing, answering phones, and greeting and directing patients.Information Desk VolunteerHelp patients and visitors with information and clinic locations.Provide Comfort Items and Shop for our Hospitalized VeteransVolunteers provide service to hospitalized veterans at the Long Beach Veteran’s Administration Hospital. Do non-medical tasks such as menu planning, shopping, letter writing, and delivering donated comfort items.Volunteer Van DriversHelp pick-up outpatients receiving chemotherapy, dialysis, radiation therapy, and other outpatient appointments. To fill this role, you must have a current drivers license and automobile insurance and pass a physical exam. |
