Virtual Connectors
| Description | Virtual Connectors reduce social isolation and alleviate loneliness among older adults living in the community. Volunteers are matched with several older adults and connect with them remotely on a regular basis. In addition to providing social interaction, volunteers also provide periodic monitoring of the individual’s well-being by asking essential questions related to the client’s well-being and basic needs. |
