| Description | Volunteers help provide 24-hour coverage of our crisis phone, as well as our shelter. Volunteers help to provide many other services that support our organization. Some of the ways you can help: events in the community (including fundraisers, awareness events, shelter events for clients, booths at community resource fairs, food distributions, hanging flyers or handing out pamphlets, etc); shelter coverage; crisis line coverage; shelter maintenance and cleaning; childcare for mom’s in shelter during work, appointments or group. |
