| Description | Volunteer Counselors are trained to answer calls coming in to our 24-hour crisis hotline including providing referrals, emotional support, and trauma-informed care to callers. Commitment: Advocate Training; 3 hours of hotline orientation & shadowing; 2 hour shifts available weekly or monthly, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM |
