This is a just a sampling of the different types of activities undertaken by Ten Thousand Villages volunteers.Customer ServiceVolunteers work on a wide variety of activities, from learning and sharing artisan stories with customers to ringing up handicraft sales and wrapping them for safe travel.Offsite SalesVolunteers help pack for upcoming offsites, prepare the event space, transport necessary items, work the actual sale, return product and help in many other aspects. Offsites are fun, flexible and a great way to work directly within the community, sharing the mission of Fair Trade one step further. |
